30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging when possible
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@modafirm.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization: We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping label within 1-2 business days.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Include the RAN in your package.
  4. Ship It Back: Attach the provided shipping label and drop off your package at the nearest carrier location.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Refund Breakdown

  • Product Cost: Fully refunded
  • Original Shipping: Refunded if return is due to our error
  • Return Shipping: Covered by us if item is defective; otherwise customer's responsibility

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

For quality issues discovered after washing or wearing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Wrong Item Received

If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost. You'll receive a full refund if the correct item is not available.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at refunds@modafirm.com

International Returns

International returns are accepted but may be subject to different policies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please contact our international support team for assistance.
