Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 7-10 business days, starting at $12.99
- Europe: 10-14 business days, starting at $19.99
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-16 business days, starting at $24.99
- Rest of World: 14-21 business days, starting at $29.99
Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times do not include customs clearance.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account dashboard on our website
- The carrier's website directly
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. Some remote or rural areas may have extended delivery times.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
